The Trust

The direct property investments of the group are held in the Trust. Under the brand, GEO Investments, the Trust owns a diversified portfolio of properties in the retail, industrial and commercial sectors. These properties are located throughout Australia.

The Trust also holds strategic investments in some listed and unlisted entities and owns sites which are earmarked for future development.

The Company

The active operations of the Group such as property development and management and the ownership of strategic listed and unlisted investments are undertaken by the Company.

The Company’s core residential development business comprises house and land developments, higher value integrated housing developments and land subdivisions.

Under the brands Villa World Homes, MODA Residential and GEO Property Group, the Company is now one of Australia’s largest developers of residential homes and residential land.

Key strategies of the Group include:

• Shareholder returns - provide investors with superior risk adjusted returns;
• Business model - diversified and integrated business focusing on property investment, communities development, and asset and capital management;
• Earnings composition - property investment earnings to represent the majority of group earnings over medium to long term; and
• Capital management - prudent capital management with ongoing targeted gearing managed to maximise return on equity
