The Trust

The direct property investments of the group are held in the Trust. Under the brand, GEO Investments, the Trust owns a small portfolio of properties that are expected to be sold in the 2010 calendar year.

The Company

The active operations of the Group such as property development and management are undertaken by the Company.

The Company’s core residential development business comprises house and land developments, integrated housing developments and land subdivisions.

Under the brands Villa World Homes, MODA Residential and GEO, the Company is one of Australia’s largest developers of residential homes and residential land.
