Residential sales soar in the Sunshine State Back

MFS Diversified Group has hit the ground running in the new financial year, exceeding its expectations for residential sales.

The property group in the September quarter recorded 437 sales, with estates in Queensland and Victoria performing extremely well.

It achieved 222 sales in Queensland and in the past few months also released the first stages of two new projects in Brisbane.

Group managing director Guy Farrands expects the good news to continue.

In August 2007 it started construction on a $260 million, 677-house and land estate at Mt Cotton in Brisbane.

And its about to release its next project on the Gold Coast. This will include its new MODA product, a brand which builds on the success of the Villa World brand.
