Media Release
Villa World is about to launch the next stage of it $30 million Pebble Beach project at Sandstone Point following the successful sellout of the initial release.
The project will feature 97 lots to be released in three stages with 27 house and land packages now available in the next stage following the sellout of 22 homes in stage one in just two months.
The development company, which bought the remaining land in Stockland's successful Pebble Beach project along Moreton Bay, offers potential buyers a 'value-for-money' sea change in an established bayside community.
Villa World's general manager sales & marketing Mr Dean McMahon said potential buyers would be able to secure a home in the already established community from $318,000 to $346,000.
Blocks across all three stages of the Villa World project range in size between 450m2 and 766m2.
Purchasers will be able to buy a ready to move into, competitively-priced home featuring quality finishes.
"We have a great construction and design team and we have a wide selection of home designs for buyers to choose from," said Mr McMahon.
Included in the line-up of options at Pebble Beach is the QMBA award-winning Stradbroke home.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has a light, open feel with a study/fourth bedroom at the front and a corridor leading to an expansive living area, kitchen and formal lounge. Outside there is more room for entertaining under a large covered patio area that can be accessed from the main bedroom, living area and dining room.
"It's definitely a home designed to make the best use of outdoor living space. Many people want private street frontage with their main living areas towards the back," explained Mr McMahon.
"While we pride ourselves on giving buyers value for money at the same time we are continually striving to develop a product range that reflects market trends and ultimately equates to a quality home for consumers," he says.
Pebble Beach is on the doorstep to Moreton Bay and within a three kilometre radius of the Bribie Island and Spinnaker Sound Marina, Banksia Primary School and Bribie Island Shopping Centre.
About 20 kilometres west of Pebble Beach is the Brisbane North Institute of TAFE, Caboolture East Primary, St Columbans Catholic Secondary College, Caboolture Primary and High Schools, Caboolture Public Hospital and other and private hospitals, Caboolture CBD and regional shopping centres.
