VILLA WORLD ON A ROLL WITH MUDGEERABA LAND ESTATE

An early sellout of the first three stages has prompted Queensland development company Villa World to release stage four of its Mudgeeraba land estate Aspect a month ahead of schedule.

About three quarters of the $30 million estate in Tolga Road has already sold since its release in May this year.

The 23 hectare estate in Tolga Road, Mudgeeraba, adjacent to the exclusive Mudgeeraba Forest Estate, once complete, will feature 134 lots with blocks ranging in size 769m2 to just over 2188m2.

The stage four release comprises 29 blocks priced from $188,000.

Extensive landscaping has already been completed as well as an arch access bridge to the site from Nicole Street.

Villa World's general manager sales and marketing Mr Dean McMahon said Aspect was one of the company's most successful estates in the past year.

Aspect is set in a beautiful, natural environment, with great views to the hinterland.

"The estate has attracted a lot of attention from locals who still want to live in a spacious environment but don't want the maintenance commitment that acreage requires.

"We have also found some buyers are attracted to a rural environment that still offers easy access and close proximity to amenities such as local schools, shopping centres, public transport and recreational facilities," says Mr McMahon.

Aspect has beautiful parkland and is only a few minutes drive from Somerset College, Mudgeeraba Shopping Centre and Robina Town Centre.
