MFS Diversified Group will soon release the first homes at its Banyo estate following the successful sellout of the $60 million North Park estate at Carseldine.

These homes are being released under the highly successful Villa World brand.

MFS Diversified Group's general manager sales and marketing Mr Dean McMahon said he expected a similar market acceptance for the $37 million Couture project in Earnshaw Road Banyo.
The project will feature 101 house and land packages built in two stages.

Mr McMahon said the Couture project was part of an ongoing strategy to create urban renewal projects.

"We view Banyo as a significant area for urban renewal given its location so close to the Brisbane CBD, schools, shopping centres and amenities, Brisbane airport and Nudgee and Virginia golf courses.

"With residential land close to capital cities becoming a diminishing resource, it's necessary to identify areas of mixed land use that are suitable for residential development," said Mr McMahon.

Couture will feature a selection of quality, contemporary homes with three or four bedrooms and two bathrooms, some with study and all with double lock-up garages.

"We will be constructing homes with contemporary designs and high quality finishes. We believe this location is still relatively undiscovered, and, given its proximity to the city and community infrastructure, we see it thriving with urban renewal in the near future."

House and land packages will be available from approx $369,000 to $430,000 with allotments ranging in size from 450m2 to 860m2.

Many of the estate's blocks will face parkland, which makes up 30 per cent of the 11-hectare estate.

The estate is one kilometre east of the Gateway Motorway, 11 kilometres from the CBD with neighboring suburbs Boondall to the North, Northgate to the south, Virginia to the west and Eagle Farm to the east.
