GEO Ambassadors Club Terms and Conditions

Membership to the GEO Property Group Ambassadors Club is available to GEO Property Group property owners who purchase a residential property from GEO Property Group.

Membership shall only be granted once a completed membership application form is received and processed by GEO Property Group and a membership confirmation letter is issued to the applicant.

Members will be rewarded for each new referral which results in a successful sale and for new repeat purchases by that member. These sales must be made directly with GEO Property Group ie: without third party agents.

Rewards will be increased on a sliding scale. With each new referral/repeat purchase the reward increases as per Table 1. below.

Members will have the choice of receiving their rewards as either:

	1. Cash Rewards
	2. Property Rewards

Cash Rewards

Start at $2000* for the successful referral/repeat purchase and rise in increments of $500* for each new successful referral/repeat purchase to a maximum of $3500*. Cash rewards will be made payable after the settlement of the referred/repeated purchase.

In the event of a Cash Reward being paid, a member must complete a “Statement by Supplier”. In the event that such statement is not provided the Group must retain 48.5% of the sum to be paid for taxation purposes.

Property Rewards

Start at $3000* for the first successful referral/repeat purchase and rise in increments of $1000* for each new successful referral/ repeat purchase to a maximum of $6000*. Property credits can be accumulated and used as an accrued amount as a ‘deposit’ to purchase a new GEO Property Group property.

Table 1. Reward Levels are as follows

1st Successful referral/repeat purchase	Entry Level: $2000* (cash) or $3000* (property)
2nd Successful referral/repeat purchase	Bronze Level: $2500* (cash) or $4000* (property)
3rd Successful referral/repeat purchase	Silver Level: $3000* (cash) or $5000* (property)
4th Successful referral/repeat purchase	Gold Level: $3500* (cash) or $6000* (property)

Referrals will only be accepted on the supplied ‘Referral Form’. These forms must be received by GEO Property Group prior to or upon the initial inspection of the property by the referred client. These forms must be delivered to GEO Property Group Head Office or to an on-site sales office by hand delivery, fax, mail or email.

A referral registration will be valid for a period of 30 days. If the referred client does not proceed to contract within that 30 days then that client must be re-registered for the referring member to receive the applicable rewards.

When a member uses their accrued property rewards to purchase a further GEO Property Group property an annexure stating the amount of rewards used will be included and form part of the ‘agreement for sale’.

Property rewards will not be deducted from the purchase price of the property. *All amounts referred to in this brochure are inclusive of GST.

GEO Property Group reserves the right to amend the reward system and any terms and conditions from time to time upon giving due notice to members. No changes will be made that will prejudice the benefits that a member has accrued up to the time of the change.
